This qualification is from the Information and CommunicationsTechnology training package.It provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competentas a Senior ICT professional with responsibilities spanning design,development, site performance and database integration through to implementationand acceptance testing.This is suited to the person who wishes to design custom ecommercesolutions for business, Web 2.0 solutions including chat, forum andlook ahead to new web developments including Web 3.0.We will concentrate on developments in JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, HTML,AJAX, MS SQL server and the dotNet framework.The solutions will predominantly be for integrated business solutionsusing the Internet, however participants may wish to use their skillsto develop on-line games.The course is 825 hours duration and will run 5 days a fortnight.This course is eligible for Austudy and/or Newstart allowance.
