[ICA40305] Certificate IV in Information Technology (Websites)

This qualification is from the Information and Communications
Technology training package.
It provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent
as a Senior ICT professional with responsibilities spanning design,
development, site performance and database integration through to implementation
and acceptance testing.
This is suited to the person who wishes to design custom ecommerce
solutions for business, Web 2.0 solutions including chat, forum and
look ahead to new web developments including Web 3.0. 
We will concentrate on developments in JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, HTML,
AJAX, MS SQL server and the dotNet framework. 
The solutions will predominantly be for integrated business solutions
using the Internet, however participants may wish to use their skills
to develop on-line games. 
The course is 825 hours duration and will run 5 days a fortnight. 
This course is eligible for Austudy and/or Newstart allowance.
